How Does HAYATI's Application Process Work?

Online Applications:

• 2. Click on the 'Apply Now for a Healthcare Loan' tab
• 3. Complete and submit the patient application form
• 4. Scan and either email, OR prepare following documents for us:-
• 6 Months Bank Statements
• Copy of your Residency Visa page
• Copy of your Passport
• Official, stamped salary certificate
• 5. Receive an approval decision within 48 hours of receipt of your documents
• 6. Sign a Loan Application form and submit 'Post Dated Cheques (PDCs)
• 7. Start your treatment!
